How quickly do we go live?
Paid campaigns usually launch in 2–3 weeks after access, tracking, creative, and approvals are complete. Outbound tests usually begin in weeks 3–4, depending on domain setup, data quality, inbox readiness, and approval speed.
Retainer or project-based?
Most engagements start with a monthly retainer and a three-month initial term. Build-only GTM automation projects are available when the scope is clear. After the initial term, we renew based on performance, scope, and the level of ongoing support you need.
What do we approve before launch?
You approve the launch plan before anything goes live: ICP, account lists, ad creative, email copy, budgets, tracking events, automation logic, and sending rules. After that, we operate within agreed guardrails, optimize weekly, and report performance clearly.
